- Womb-Centered Reiki: Connect deeply with your body and spirit through our Womb-Centered Reiki sessions, designed to harmonize and awaken the divine feminine energy at its core. Our sessions integrate somatic therapy and focus specifically on the womb space to release emotional blockages and promote holistic healing from the center of creation.
- Ceremonial Yoni Steaming: Experience the ancient ritual of yoni steaming in a sacred, supportive environment. This ceremony is designed to cleanse, nourish, and heal the womb and yoni, using herbs and guided meditations that honor your sacred femininity. Yoni steaming can help release stagnant energy, support reproductive health, and connect you deeply with your feminine essence.
- Rebirthing Ceremonies: These powerful ceremonies are designed to tap into birth wisdom and somatically alchemize and transmute stuck energy or trauma. Through guided practices that combine breathwork, movement, and visualization, participants are supported in releasing past wounds and reconnecting with their authentic selves. These ceremonies are deeply transformative, offering a rebirth into a more empowered and sovereign state of being.
- Sister Circles: Join our monthly Sister Circles, where we gather in community to share, heal, and grow together. Each month features a unique activity—ranging from sacred crafting and drumming to storytelling and guided meditation—designed to deepen our connection to ourselves and each other. We provide childcare during these circles, ensuring that all mothers and caregivers can participate fully in this sacred time of sisterhood.
- Inner Alchemy Coaching: Our unique coaching programs guide you to reclaim your power, heal from past wounds, and align with your soul’s purpose. Through one-on-one and group coaching, we help you embrace your path as a leader, healer, and sovereign being.
- Workshops and Classes: Join us for in-person events and online classes at Full Circle Wellness University. Our offerings range from “Sovereign Leadership for Women” to “Sacred Womb Wisdom,” providing you with the tools to deepen your self-awareness, spiritual practice, and leadership skills.
